Open apex RCT

This patient had Ellis Class IV fractures to #8 and #9 but had an open apex.  I attempted apexogenesis but #9 became necrotic.   He was in severe pain and missed several days of school.
Cleaned #9, shaped and filled with GP.  Surprisingly good tugback.  Good sealer puff as well showing that the tooth was abscessed.
